Who We Are

SINE18, LLC is a Minnesota-based consulting firm specializing in strategy, data-based decision making and manufacturing excellence for small to medium-sized firms. Our main clients are manufacturing firms that are seeking to achieve great things and grow rapidly as a result.

Our core mission is to Help Others Achieve. We do this by listening to our clients’ goals and then designing simple plans to help them achieve those goals. We believe that a simple and focused strategic plan is foundational to business and operational excellence. From these strong roots, we help companies to establish data-collection systems to streamline data collection and analysis. The final piece of the puzzle is teaching company leadership how to drive decisions based on that data analysis. This includes training and hands-on projects to learn and apply the various tools.

Our core differentiator is our ability to generate a strategy that is executable by the team at hand. Our network of quality labs and subject matter experts can lend their expertise as needed to help move the needle for our clients’ projects.
